Pictures: Katrina Kaif kissing Shahrukh Khan at Jab Tak Hai Jaan's press meet

Shahrukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma recently held a press meet to promote their upcoming film Jab Tak Hai Jaan. Shahrukh, as usual, was at his wittiest best and Katrina Kaif was seen kissing him at the event.
Jab Tak Hai Jaan is Yash Chopra's last film as a director. The legendary filmmaker died last week due to dengue. Both the leading ladies of Jab Tak Hai Jaan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma, were full of praise for the iconic filmmaker at the press meet. Katrina said it was her dream to work with him. "It was like a dream come true."
Anushka, who also worked with the King of Romance for the first time, said the experience was surreal. She said, "To get the opportunity to work with Yash Chopra is perfect. To work in his film was surreal. He had such a loving nature and child-like behaviour."
Here are the pictures of Jab Tak Hai Jaan's press meet.

Jab Tak Hai Jaan is more than a film for me: Shahrukh Khan

srk says
Mumbai: Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan who is all set for his upcoming release Jab Tak Hai Jaan says that this is not just a film for him. Khan, who is often hyped for his bitter relationships with other industry biggies, feels that he is tired of these battles. Shrugging behind all the gossips, the actor just wants to focus on his project as of now.

Talking of Yash Chopra's last directorial, SRK got emotional and narrated a heart touching incident. Khan said that while shooting in Kashmir, he was kind of happy that if not his father, he got to visit Kashmir (his ancestral land) with a father figure like Yash ji.

He said, "You know my father used to tell me you should visit Kashmir with your father, in the sense, it's the place of my forefathers so if you visit it you must have your father with you. But my father passed on, and I didn't get an opportunity to shoot there till Yashi ji told me lets go we are going to Kashmir for Jab Tak Hain Jaan, I was surprised but thought of my father and said, great am going to paradise with a father figure."

"Yash ji after canning the last shot with me on the jeep in Kashmir said, 'Bas Shahrukh , ab ho gaya'. I said, 'kya', Yash ji said, 'Ab main film nahin banaunga'. I said, 'Yeh kya bol rahe ho aisa nahi ho sakta', to which Yashji said, 'Ab waqt hogaya', he hugged me and we both wept. We are very emotional people Yash ji and me. But today when I look back to the incident I wonder Jab Tak Hai Jaan isn't just a film for me it's much more than that. I don't even know what to say about the film. Even if people ask me about Katrina or Anushka, what do I say. I don't know how to answer anything about the movie," said Shahrukh Khan.

That must really have been touching for SRK as the actor-director duo gave some of the remarkable movies. On a lighter note, ask him why are his heroines getting younger with each film and he jokily said, "Young girls like me and I like older women. Hahaha see I have the best, guys just joking."

Jab Tak Hai Jaan and Son of Sardaar's Box-office clash is on.

Jak Tak Hai Jaan and Son Of Sardaar are set to release on the 13th of November and will be in the race for becoming Diwali’s highest grosser.
The pre-bookings have commenced and the Diwali clash is well on it’s way. The initiative is currently running in PVR cinemas country-wide. Sources say that this will allow producers to gauge the lead that one of the two films will take in the end. "As expected, the day of release mentioned by both is 13th November. If there was ever any doubt about the Shah Rukh and Ajay clash being averted, it is now final that Diwali clash is for the keeps. Guess it's time we stopped speculating on whether it would be averted after all. With pre-release plans being open for both the biggies, the advance collections would be very closely monitored”, said the source. An industry top-notch source says, “This is as fair as a battle as it can get. The next three weeks would be a clear indicator of which way these films are going. All this while the clash was pretty much in thin air but now with pre-booking opening three weeks in advance, the countdown has begun. Expect the makers of both films to start flashing progress of their films in days to come.” This could very well be the biggest Diwali box office clash we've seen!

More clashes after SRK's JAB TAK HAI JAAN v/s Ajay's SON OF SARDAAR

By Joginder Tuteja, Glamsham Editorial
Bollywood recently suffered from a pile of disasters with over half a dozen films clashing with each other and all failing at the box office, most notable being AIYYAA and BHOOT RETURNS. While it was pretty much on the cards that this wasn't going to help anyone, seems like there would be several high profile clashes in next few months.
"To begin with, there is going to be 'baap' of all clashes what with Ajay Devgn challenging Shahrukh Khan this Diwali as his SON OF SARDAAR takes on JAB TAK HAI JAAN. Despite all around apprehension, no one is backing off," comments an insider.
However worse is reserved for next year, what with several biggies stepping into the arena.
"First clash would take place on Valentine's Day weekend, with Vivek Oberoi's JAYANTABHAI KI LUV STORY challenging Bhatts' franchise flick MURDER 3. Later Sajid Khan's HIMMATWALA with Ajay Devgn and Karan Johar's YEH JAWAANI HAI DEEWANI with Ranbir Kapoor would be colliding in March," confirms a source, "Also, Akshay Kumar as well as Salman Khan have set their sight on Eid with ONCE UPON A TIME IN MUMBAAI 2 and SHER KHAN expected to come face-to-face."
This isn't all as Subhash Ghai has just announced his comeback flick KAANCHI for 15th August, the day which has already been blocked by Prakash Jha for SATYAGRAHA.

Jab Tak Hai Jaan: Shah Rukh, Katrina and Big B try the Gangnam style on KBC

New Delhi: The Gangnam fever has now spread to Bollywood, with megastar Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif copying the typical style for a fun-filled moment on the sets of 'Kaun Banega Crorepati 6' (KBC).

Shah Rukh and Katrina came as special guests for an upcoming episode of KBC to promote their much-awaited movie 'Jab Tak Hai Jaan'. They entertained the audience with their wit and charm and capped it with the impromptu dance.

The Gangnam style entails unique and bizarre dance steps, made popular through 'Gangnam Style', a song by South Korean rapper Psy. The style has become a rage, and there's no doubt the Indian actors are well-tuned in to the latest.
Big B was unaware of the moves, but Shah Rukh agreed to show him the Gagnam style only if the veteran actor and Katrina would join in. Once the trio stood up, they began to groove.
Amitabh shared the pictures of their moves on his blog, and said he had a great time shooting with Shah Rukh and Katrina. All three of them looked elegant in black. "Fun filled episode with Shah Rukh and Katrina... laughter, leg pulling, dancing, Gangnam, and the audience going wild... bliss!," Big B tweeted after shooting for the episode, which will go on air on Sony on November 4.
Shah Rukh's association with KBC goes back to 2007 when he hosted its third season. But Amitabh took over in the very next season.
